These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made on tryionixlabs.com (the "Website"). The Website and the Ionix Labs brand are owned and operated by Sandstone Capital LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico ("Ionix Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from the Website. You confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
2. Our Products
We sell compression apparel (including leggings, shorts, tops, bras, arm sleeves, and swimwear) and dietary supplements. We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately, but actual products may vary slightly, and we do not guarantee that all content on the Website is error-free. All products are subject to availability.
Compression apparel. Our apparel is designed for comfort, shaping, and support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results such as a smoother or firmer appearance are temporary, cosmetic, and vary from person to person. If you are pregnant or have circulatory, vascular, skin, or other medical conditions, consult a physician before wearing compression garments. Stop use if you experience discomfort, numbness, tingling, or skin irritation.
Dietary supplements. Statements about our supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have food allergies. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Individual results vary.
3. Sizing
Our compression products are designed to fit closely. Please consult the Size Guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between two sizes, size up for comfort or size down for stronger compression. If you are unsure, email your measurements to contact@ionnix.com before you buy and we will recommend a size.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Promotional and sale prices apply only for the period indicated. We may change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and issue a full refund.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order; acceptance occurs when we ship it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the full order amount. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors; we do not store full card details.
7. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
Where required by law, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country, unless they are collected at checkout. If you refuse to pay these charges, your package may be returned or destroyed, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods or due to carrier or customs delays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships; tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. Our full Shipping Policy is available at tryionixlabs.com/pages/shipping-info.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will reship your order or refund it at no cost to you. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier; however, we are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
10. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of delivery by emailing contact@ionnix.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In most cases, you will not need to return the product.
The guarantee does not cover:
- requests made after the 90-day window;
- orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you;
- packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier;
- incorrect sizes ordered;
- products that have been intentionally damaged;
- orders for which a chargeback has already been filed.

11. Order Cancellations and Changes
To cancel or change an order, contact us at contact@ionnix.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or modify orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it remains covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
12. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first; we will always work to find a solution. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks and to provide order, delivery, and communication records to your card issuer.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC COSMETIC, SHAPING, OR HEALTH RESULT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANDSTONE CAPITAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sandstone Capital LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of any product or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including the Ionix Labs name, the Sculpt™ and Sculpt 3D™ names, logos, text, images, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Sandstone Capital LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.
17. Reviews and Testimonials
Customer reviews and testimonials on the Website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at contact@ionnix.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, any claim relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. YOU AND SANDSTONE CAPITAL LLC WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. If you live outside the United States, this section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, supply shortages, or government actions.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Website. The Terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
