By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

All purchases made on the Website are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Returns & Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Sale regarding a purchase, the Terms of Sale will control.

  • abuse our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, promotions, or discount codes, including by creating multiple accounts;

  • upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the Website's security or operation;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order-related text messages from Ionix Labs at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANDSTONE CAPITAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PURCHASE. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at contact@ionnix.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, any claim relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. YOU AND SANDSTONE CAPITAL LLC WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. If you live outside the United States, this section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
